1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Renter Network, a business directory platform operated by Murge Media Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a listing, or using the directory, you agree to these Terms.

2. What The Renter Network Is

The Renter Network is a renter-focused business directory. We provide a platform where businesses can publish a profile, share a profile link, and receive inquiries from renters. We are a listing and visibility platform only.

We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or insure any service offered by a listed business. Any agreement, quote, payment, or dispute between a renter and a business is strictly between those parties.

3. Business Listings and Accounts

You must provide accurate business information and keep it current. You are responsible for all content you upload, including photos, videos, descriptions, offerings, and links.

You may not list a business you are not authorized to represent, publish misleading claims, impersonate another business, or upload content you do not own the rights to.

We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, misrepresents a business, or generates repeated complaints.

4. Renter Accounts

Renter accounts are free to create. Renters may browse the directory, save businesses, submit inquiries, and leave reviews. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may not contain unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.

5. Fees and Payment

Business listings are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. Payment is processed by card through our payment processor. Prices are stated on the pricing section of our site and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Leads and Inquiries

Inquiries submitted through your profile are provided to you as-is. We do not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, leads, conversions, views, or revenue. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting renters, including anti-spam and marketing consent rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Renter Network name, branding, site design, and software are owned by Murge Media Group LLC. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with the directory.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, or bulk-extract directory data; interfere with the platform's operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murge Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between a renter and a listed business.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
