• •Vendors saved to their account
• •Reviews submitted
• •From all visitors: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, IP address, and cookie data

How We Use Your Information

• •To connect renters with local service providers
• •To process vendor payments and manage subscriptions
• •To send account notifications and receipts to vendors and renters
• •To power AI features that match renters with relevant vendors
• •To improve the platform and fix issues
• •To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety
• •To generate anonymous analytics about platform usage

Who We Share It With

• •The vendor you contact when you submit a Contact Business form
• •Stripe, for secure payment processing — they never share your card details with us and we never store your card details
• •Anthropic, for AI powered features — only your search query is shared, never your personal details
• •Lovable Cloud, for platform hosting and database management
• •We never sell your personal information to anyone

How Long We Keep It

• •Vendor profile data: retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation, then permanently deleted
• •Inquiry data: retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted
• •Renter account data: retained until you request deletion
• •Anonymous analytics data: may be retained indefinitely, as it contains no personal information
