Subscription Policy

Plans

The Renter Network offers monthly and annual listing plans for businesses. Monthly rates are Basic Listing at $49, Pro Listing at $99, and Featured Listing at $299. Discounted annual rates are Basic Listing at $490 per year, Pro Listing at $990 per year, and Featured Listing at $2,990 per year. Annual subscribers save the equivalent of 2 months compared with monthly billing.

Billing and Renewal

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year in advance at the discounted annual rate. Both renew automatically at the end of their billing period until cancelled. You will receive an automatic payment receipt from Stripe to your registered email address after every successful charge. If a payment fails Stripe will automatically retry the charge. Listings with unresolved failed payments may be deactivated until payment is successfully processed.

Free Trial

Pro Listing and Featured Listing subscribers receive a 14-day free trial on both monthly and annual billing. Your card will not be charged until day 15. You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. After the trial your subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual rate until cancelled. Basic Listing does not include a free trial.

Activation

Listings are activated automatically upon successful payment confirmation. No manual approval is required. Your listing goes live in the directory immediately after you complete your profile through our AI profile builder. You will receive an automatic payment receipt from Stripe confirming your payment. Pro Listing at $99 per month includes: Everything in Basic; Inquiry dashboard — see every renter who contacts you; Renter name, phone, email, and message per inquiry; CSV export of all your leads; AI post generator — create professional posts for Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Email from your dashboard; Priority placement above Basic listings; Basic analytics — profile views, inquiries, messages, and response time; No contracts — cancel anytime.

Featured Listing at $299 per month includes: Everything in Pro; Category exclusive placement — you appear first in your category above all Pro and Basic listings; Featured badge on your listing; Priority in AI powered renter recommendations; Full analytics dashboard — views clicks and inquiries with charts; Monthly performance report delivered to your inbox; Only 1 top spot per category per market; No contracts — cancel anytime.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time from your vendor dashboard under Profile then Manage Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged at once. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your vendor dashboard under Profile then Manage Subscription then Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation your listing remains active and visible in the directory until the end of your current billing period. Your listing is automatically removed from the directory on the billing period end date. You will not be charged again. All inquiry data and profile information is retained in your dashboard for 30 days after cancellation. You may reactivate your listing at any time by selecting a new plan at therenternetwork.com.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, your listing remains active until the end of the paid 12-month billing period and is then automatically removed. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal, so you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Featured Listing Category Exclusive Placement

Featured Listing subscribers receive category exclusive placement for their market. While active, the Featured business appears first in its category above all Pro and Basic listings. The placement is held for as long as the Featured subscription remains active. Upon cancellation the placement is released and becomes available to another business. Category exclusive placement is non-transferable and is not guaranteed upon reactivation.

CSV Export and Lead Data

Pro and Featured subscribers may export their inquiry data as a CSV file from their dashboard Inquiries tab at any time. The CSV includes Date, Renter Name, Renter Phone Number, Renter Email, and Renter Message. This data is yours to keep. Upon cancellation you have 30 days to export your data before it is removed from the platform.

Price Changes

We may update plan pricing with at least 30 days notice by email to your registered address. Price changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice period ends.

No Contracts

Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans cover a 12-month paid billing period at a discounted rate. There are no cancellation fees, and you may cancel either billing option at any time; annual payments remain non-refundable and access continues through the paid annual term.
