Subscription Policy

Plans

The Renter Network offers three recurring monthly listing plans for businesses: Basic Listing at $49 per month, Pro Listing at $99 per month, and Featured Listing at $299 per month. Plan features are described in full on our pricing page at therenternetwork.com.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed by credit or debit card in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You will receive an automatic payment receipt from Stripe to your registered email address after every successful charge. If a payment fails Stripe will automatically retry the charge. Listings with unresolved failed payments may be deactivated until payment is successfully processed.

Free Trial

Pro Listing and Featured Listing subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. After the trial your subscription renews automatically at the plan rate until cancelled. Basic Listing does not include a free trial.

Activation

Listings are activated automatically upon successful payment confirmation. No manual approval is required. Your listing goes live in the directory immediately after you complete your profile through our AI profile builder. You will receive an automatic payment receipt from Stripe confirming your payment. What Is Included

Basic Listing at $49 per month includes: business profile in the directory, listed by category and location, shareable profile link, AI generated profile on signup, Contact Business form with email notification, edit profile and offerings anytime, no contracts cancel anytime.

Pro Listing at $99 per month includes: everything in Basic plus inquiry dashboard showing renter name phone email and message, CSV export of all inquiries, in-app messaging to reply to renters from your dashboard, priority placement above Basic listings, four analytics stat cards showing profile views inquiries messages and average response time, 14 day free trial for new subscribers.

Featured Listing at $299 per month includes: everything in Pro plus Featured badge on listing, category exclusive lock per market with no direct competitors while active, top placement above all other listings, full analytics dashboard with charts, monthly performance report emailed on the 1st of each month, 14 day free trial for new subscribers.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time from your vendor dashboard under Profile then Manage Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged at once. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your vendor dashboard under Profile then Manage Subscription then Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation your listing remains active and visible in the directory until the end of your current billing period. Your listing is automatically removed from the directory on the billing period end date. You will not be charged again. All inquiry data and profile information is retained in your dashboard for 30 days after cancellation. You may reactivate your listing at any time by selecting a new plan at therenternetwork.com.

Featured Listing Category Exclusive Lock

Featured Listing subscribers receive a category exclusive lock for their market. No direct competitor can be listed in the same service category in your market while your Featured subscription remains active. The category lock is held for as long as your Featured subscription is active. Upon cancellation the category lock is released and becomes available to other businesses. Category locks are non-transferable and not guaranteed upon reactivation.

CSV Export and Lead Data

Pro and Featured subscribers may export their inquiry data as a CSV file from their dashboard Inquiries tab at any time. The CSV includes Date, Renter Name, Renter Phone Number, Renter Email, and Renter Message. This data is yours to keep. Upon cancellation you have 30 days to export your data before it is removed from the platform.

Price Changes

We may update plan pricing with at least 30 days notice by email to your registered address. Price changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice period ends.

No Contracts

All plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts, minimum commitment periods, or cancellation fees. You are free to cancel at any time.
