Renter information: name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry messages, saved businesses, and reviews you submit.

Payment information: we do not store full card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, which provides us with limited billing details such as plan, status, and billing dates.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device data, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To create and operate accounts and listings; to deliver inquiries to the relevant business; to process subscription payments; to provide analytics and reports to Featured vendors; to send transactional emails such as receipts, welcome messages, and inquiry notifications; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve the platform.

When a renter submits an inquiry, the renter's name, email address, optional phone number, and message are shared with the business they contacted. Businesses must use that information only to respond to the inquiry and in compliance with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.
